    Finally, it’s my turn to share my transformation story. I was always an active person during my school days, but once corporate life started, everything changed. Long sitting hours, stress, irregular eating habits, and lack of discipline slowly pushed me towards obesity and poor health. Before I realized it, I was struggling physically and mentally.

    I still remember one particular Eid very clearly. I was clicking pictures with my friends, and when I looked at myself later, my face looked completely bloated.     From the beginning, he never focused only on weight loss he focused on fixing my lifestyle completely. Step by step, he guided me through proper nutrition, training, consistency, and discipline.

    Initially, I started seeing changes in my health and body, but my old habits and sedentary lifestyle kept pulling me back.     10 months ago, I was stuck in the same cycle most corporate employees know too well, long office hours, stress eating, random sleep schedules, skipped workouts, and constantly saying “I’ll start from next Monday.”
    Living alone made it even harder.

    10 months ago, I was completely stuck.
    At 89 kg with 29% body fat, I wasn’t just unhappy with my physique, I was struggling mentally and physically.
