When I started this journey, I was at 85 kg.
Slow progress, constant doubts, self doubt, and constantly telling myself,
“I’ll start from tomorrow.” Well, tomorrow came. I was angry, and I changed everything.
I joined this journey with Chakradhar Sir
The name hurt my own success in discipline and my cravings into control.
He didn’t just guide me with workouts and meals, he re-engineered my mindset.
There were days when temptation hit hard.
One of my friends once said,
“Yaar, we don’t even know if you’ll ever move ahead.”
Those words?
I smiled and replied,
“You may not know about tomorrow, but I’m sure I’ll be alive, lighter, and lifting the gym again tomorrow.”
Week after week, the numbers dropped.
Not just on the scale, but in inches, stress, and self doubt. I learned that transformation isn’t about extreme diets or ego lifting, it’s about showing up with everyone’s watching or not. After 16 weeks, standing at 73 kg, I can proudly say this wasn’t just a physical transformation. The sassiness may still tempt me, but the mirror now smiles back stronger than ever.

I have followed fitness on and off for years and always felt inspired by transformation stories. Deep inside, I wanted to change too, but my habits of drinking and smoking made me believe it wasn’t possible. I knew I had to quit these habits, yet I never truly tried.
There wasn’t a single day earlier when I didn’t drink, and I used to smoke at least 2 packs a day. I attempted multiple times to change, enrolling under different coaches, but my consistency never lasted beyond a week or two. Each time, I slipped back into old habits and eventually gave up.This year was my lowest point physically and mentally. Even climbing one floor of stairs left me breathless. At 32, my body didn’t move the way it should. On day one itself, I spoke to him openly about my past, habits, failures, and goals. He gave me a very simple and practical diet nothing fancy, nothing complicated which was exactly what I needed. The workout plan was beginner friendly and easy to follow, so I never felt overwhelmed.I asked countless doubts, but he patiently explained everything. For the first time, I truly understood how simple fat loss and muscle gain can be when you stick to basics. Weekly check-ins, calorie adjustments, and consistent tracking kept me on track. Today, I have completed nearly 5 months without missing a single day or feeling the plan was too hard.Extreme Burn has given me the opportunity to become my real self again.

Doctors advised me to avoid heavy lifting, skip ab exercises, and be extremely careful with any movement that involved core pressure. I trained on and off, but whenever the pain returned, everything had to stop. Life will keep throwing surprises, but if you stay consistent with your training and nutrition, you become stronger physically and mentally.
